NEW CANAAN — A 68-yr-old bicyclist was injured when he was hit by a vehicle Monday evening, law enforcement claimed.

The male was struck about 9 p.m., just immediately after the auto left the parking large amount of an condominium developing on South Avenue, police explained. The driver turned correct when the front of the motor vehicle and the bicycle collided, Lt. Jason Ferraro explained.

The bicyclist was taken to Norwalk Clinic to be handled for accidents that police said ended up not life-threatening, Ferraro stated.

Law enforcement continue to investigate the incident.
